• Country Sales Engineer Germany (+Austria/Switzerland)

Country Sales Engineer Germany (+Austria/Switzerland) for CG Power Systems Belgium, a leading pioneer in the world of electrical high voltage (transmission and distribution).

    • Responsible for order intake budget for these countries for the 4 Product Lines : PT (Power Transformers), DT (Distribution Transformers), Systems (Turnkey HV projects, turnkey substations) & Services (on site maintenance, repair)
    • PT means from 50MVA to 500MVA 400kV
    • DT means from 3MVA to 40MVA 100kV
    • Systems - turnkey substation projects (offshore, onshore, mobile…)
    • Alignment with the strategy of the Product Lines (niche markets, target segment/customer…)
    • In general : no “catalogue” sales – high technical content (niche products)
    • Comfortable with customer meetings from technicians to GM level
    • Strong field presence required
    • Key Account management (Utility, Heavy Industry, Renewables)
    • Immediate focus on Renewables (Solar, Wind) & Heavy Industry (Steel, Petrochemical…)
    • Strong internal interaction with CG Power Systems Belgium (Product Line sales dpt, quotation dpt, engineering dpt, project management dpt…)
    • Presence in Mechelen/Belgium : 1 day per week in average

      Profile
    • 3-5 years experience in the German T&D world (as Sales Engineer or as Project Manager with Quotation & Negotiation experience)
    • Comfortable with customer meetings from technician to GM level
    • Outbound role - Strong field presence required
